Tony has over 30 years of experience. i have been a Nationally rank weightlifter and believes in correct form. I also have an MS in Exercise Science/Nutrition. I can successfully guide you to your fitness goals, no matter what they are. Exercise is a process that we will conquer together. A stronger body is always a better body.
